Well, I would say ”Minster Mash” except it’s a cathedral… but ”Sausage & Mash” works quite well.

I think ’minster’ is acceptable elegant variation for ’cathedral’, no? Even the address for Lincoln Cathedral is ”Minster Yard”…

I wanted to get away from the food theme; also thought we should leave sausages for the University of Bangor…
