I can&#8217;t stress enough that getting a date and a venue is the key &#8211; people won&#8217;t commit (and often won&#8217;t be able to get work to sign off attendance) until you have at least the date and venue</p>

However, I know our students at Queen Margaret won&#8217;t have started back at this point, so would be happy to enquire about accomodation in our halls [&#8230;]</p>
